I can't stress how the matter of this journal annoys me. Basicaly most of the people I know never write to me. My so called best friends from kindergarten never write to me first. Sometimes I would just stop writing and wait to see if they would even notice. And after some time of no messages I would ask why don't they ever write? Or I would more subtly suggest it like 'you knooow, it's so annoying when people never write to me and just wait for me to write to them'. And the answer is always 'ahahah yeah, I always do that, I never write first, I wait for other people to write to me. That's just the way I am'.

Fine, you can wait. Your whole life. Because I'm done with it. It's disrespectful, belittling and friends don't do that. Friendship is a relationship of two people, not just one.

Oh, and btw, Facebook now shows if the message has been read or not. And show the exact time when it was read. So if you want to pretend you didn't see something- sorry, too late. Everybody now knows exactly when they are ignored.

So I really really urge you to drop the habit if you have one and start showing your friends some more commitment. I don't mean here dA friends because watching many people can be tricky, it's fine to get lost in the message center. I mean real life friends, the ones that are important. The virtual world will never substitute the real one.

Oh, one more thing. Adult people have money on their phone accounts. Being broke and not being able to answer someone's texts is something that is only suitable below 18 year old. But ok, I know there are random situations. Random. It's not ok to be 24 and always give someone a signal and always expect them to call back so they spend THEIR money when YOU are the one who wants to talk. Once-ok, but always? Never. Also- I've been scolded a few times for picking up when my "bff's" called because they lost a penny or something and I should know better and just cancel and call back.


Why is everybody such a diva lately????
